1. About Globe Buddy.
Globe Buddy is not a travel agency. We are a travel assistant service that uses our knowledge, expertise, and available tools to help you secure flights, accommodations, travel services, and excursions. We act as a third-party service provider and go out of our way to ensure you have the best possible travel experience.
2. Scope of Services.
We assist with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements on your behalf.Services may include flights, hotels, transport, tours, excursions, and related travel activities.All bookings are made directly with third-party airlines, hotels, tour operators, and service providers.
3. Role as a Third-Party.
Globe Buddy does not own, operate, or control the flights, accommodations, or excursions you book through us.All travel products and services are provided by third-party suppliers, each with their own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.We act as an intermediary and facilitator between you and these providers.
4. Payments and Fees.
Payments for travel services may be made directly through Globe Buddy, depending on the arrangement.Service or booking fees charged by Globe Buddy are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.Prices are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, and supplier adjustments.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes.
Refunds, cancellations, and changes to bookings are subject to the policies of the respective third-party service providers.Globe Buddy is not responsible for the refund process but will assist you in communicating with providers to try and obtain any applicable refunds or changes.
6. Liability Disclaimer.
Globe Buddy is not liable for delays, cancellations, changes, accidents, losses, injuries, or damages that may occur during your travel.We do not guarantee the performance, safety, or reliability of third-party providers.Your contract for travel services is directly with the third-party supplier, and their terms will govern your booking.
7. Travel Requirements.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, health documents, and travel insurance for your trip.Globe Buddy will provide assistance and guidance but is not responsible for denied entry, missed flights, or other travel-related issues.
8. Limitation of Service.
While we strive to provide the best recommendations and arrangements, availability cannot be guaranteed.We reserve the right to decline or cancel a request if necessary.
9. Changes to These Terms.
Globe Buddy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

10. Free Excursion Promo T's & C's.
Our Free Excursion Promo is valid for all trips booked through Globe Buddy for any travel date, as long as the booking and payment has been secured by 30 June 2026. Globe Buddy will either offer multiple options to choose from, or select an excursion at their own discretion, to fit with your holiday type. This promo is based on availability and dates booked. This promo is only valid for the amount of guests booked per trip. This promo is valid from 1 April 2026 - 30 June 2026. Globe Buddy reserves the right to cancel this promo without any prior notice. 11. Complete T'c & C's
Complete T's and C's will be issued along with the invoice sent when booking any trip, as terms and conditions might differ by destination, travel dates and guest information.
