Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Globe Buddy, we value transparency and want our clients to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled. Since we operate as a third-party travel assistant service, all bookings made on your behalf are subject to the policies of the airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers involved.
1. Our Role.
Globe Buddy is not a travel agency, but a travel assistant service.We work on your behalf to secure flights, accommodations, excursions, and other travel services using our expertise and tools.All bookings are placed directly with third-party providers, each with their own terms and refund policies.
2. Cancellations.
If you wish to cancel a booking, Globe Buddy will assist you in processing the request with the relevant service provider.Cancellation terms (including deadlines, fees, and eligibility for refunds) are determined by the provider, not Globe Buddy.Some bookings may be non-refundable or only partially refundable.
3. Refunds.
Globe Buddy will make every effort to help you secure refunds from providers where possible.We cannot guarantee that you will receive a full refund, a partial refund, or any refund at all, as this depends entirely on the provider’s policy and the options chosen at the time of booking.Refunds, if granted, will be processed according to the provider’s timelines, which may vary.
4. Service Fees.
Any service or booking fees charged by Globe Buddy are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether a provider issues a refund.These fees cover the time, expertise, and assistance provided in researching, booking, and managing your travel arrangements.
5. Amendments and Changes.
If you request changes to your booking (such as date changes, upgrades, or rescheduling), additional charges may apply, as determined by the provider.Globe Buddy will assist in coordinating such changes but cannot guarantee availability or favorable terms.
6. Travel Insurance.
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, which may cover cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events beyond our control.
